as you may have heard, we're gearing up to close lamb in early July and re-open as blacklamb this August. we're beyond excited to bring you new jewelry, candles, scarves, paper, and artwork in a re-worked space. 

to give you a quick update:  

• we're going crazy filling the store with lots of kickass jewels, candles, scarves, paper and artwork
• we'll be having a MASSIVE fixture / merchandise sale in June. more details to come on our facebook page. 
• our shiny new website is in the works
• we have a beautiful new logo 
• we are absolutely having a grand opening party.  

we'll be closing our doors as lamb come july 2013. don't worry, though.. we'll reopen in august as a bigger, better, bolder, and decidedly more kick ass shop and brand: blacklamb. 

part store, part work space, the shop will be packed with jewelry, paper, candles, art, and accessories.

a little bit of blacklamb lovin' has been added to the site in the form of brown and purple agate necklaces and this crazy statement piece with vintage coins and green onyx. enjoy. 

these badass blacklamb babies are off to Oz this thursday... to be auctioned for charity at the Couture for a Cure event. designers and artists from around town were asked to create pieces inspired by The Wizard of Oz so naturally, we gravitated towards rubies and green stones like the jade clasp and green onyx beads seen below. of course they had to be placed on a slice of red glittery wood because apparently no project is complete without something truly shiny. we are magpies, after all.

you know, we really do get to have a lot of fun around here. last month we were asked to help style a cover shoot for solace magazine, a super cool publication based in west michigan. it was shot by total badass mitch ranger and just added up to a really fun day at the studio.
